These terms explain how our website, projects and software offers work.
Who We Are
DevMania is the brand used by Alain Badran, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@dev-mania.com. DevMania is a brand name and is not represented here as an incorporated company.
Website Use
You may browse our work and use our planning tools for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit content you do not have permission to share. Portfolio examples do not give you ownership of the featured projects or their assets.
Development Projects
A project begins after we agree a written scope and payment terms. The proposal defines deliverables, milestones, revisions, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and any support period. Changes to scope, price or schedule require agreement. You are responsible for the content and permissions you provide and for timely feedback.
Software Access and Billing
Software purchases are governed by the relevant product offer and any product specific terms. The offer must state the price, currency, license or subscription period, usage limits and renewal terms before you pay. A license grants the stated usage rights; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software. For subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals as described in the product terms.
Payments and Refunds
Prices and payment schedules are confirmed before purchase. See our Refund Policy. If a checkout names a merchant of record, that provider handles the payment under its applicable buyer terms. No payment provider approval or live checkout is implied by these pages.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and handover of custom deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Existing tools, reusable components and third party materials retain their respective ownership and license conditions. Source code, design files and access credentials are delivered only as agreed.
Planning Tools and External Services
AI generated briefs and estimates are starting points, not final quotations or guarantees. Review them before relying on them. External websites, app stores and service providers have their own terms. We cannot guarantee their availability or approval decisions.
Changes and Disputes
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. Updates do not automatically change an existing project agreement. Contact support@dev-mania.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
