How to Request Help
Email support@dev-mania.com with your order or invoice reference, purchase date and reason for the request. Please do not include card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days.
Custom Development Projects
If you cancel before work starts, payments for work not performed are refundable, excluding third party costs you expressly authorized and which cannot be recovered. Once work starts, we assess completed work against the agreed scope and return any unearned balance. The project agreement may specify milestones and acceptance procedures. Disputed or incomplete deliverables are reviewed with you rather than treated as automatically nonrefundable.
Software Licenses and Subscriptions
Contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase to request a refund. We review the product terms, access or use, and the reason for the request. This is a review window, not an unconditional refund guarantee. If the software cannot provide a material advertised function and we cannot resolve the problem, we will consider an appropriate refund or other remedy. Specific product policies and mandatory consumer rights take precedence where applicable.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel through the product account, payment provider or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing; access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the product terms state otherwise. Renewal refunds are reviewed individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. If a merchant of record handled your purchase, its applicable refund process and buyer terms also apply.
Your Rights
This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase. For a concern about an agreed project, contact us so we can review the scope, delivery and payment records together.
