Information We Receive
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, project requirements and files. Hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs. Google Analytics is installed to measure website visits and interactions and may use cookies or device identifiers.
Project Planning and AI
When you request AI generation, the product type and idea text are sent to our server and OpenAI to generate a brief. The request asks OpenAI not to store the response; this does not eliminate provider processing or any retention under its own policies. Do not enter passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Browser session storage keeps some preferences, project filters and draft enquiry content while you use the site.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare proposals and deliver agreed work. Technical information supports website operation and security. Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Providers and External Links
The website uses Cloudflare hosting, Google Analytics and OpenAI for the relevant features. Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, app stores and linked project sites apply their own privacy policies when you use them. Information may be processed outside your country. We share information with providers as needed to operate these features or where legally required.
Payments
This website does not currently collect card details through a general DevMania checkout. If payments are introduced, the named payment provider will process the transaction under its own privacy policy. Do not send card numbers or security codes to us by email or WhatsApp.
Retention and Your Choices
We retain enquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond, deliver work and meet applicable record keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations. Browser controls can restrict cookies and clear session data; blocking analytics may affect measurement but does not prevent contacting us.
Security and Updates
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no internet service is completely secure. Updates will be published here with a revised effective date.
